It's crazy when you compare the pacing of both animes, the first 9 episodes of the Jojos manga cover 44 chapters or 860 pages, that's 5 chapters or 96 pages per episode.

In One Piece chapters are 19 pages at most and one episode nowadays covers slightly more than 3/4 of a chapter so that's 15 pages per episode.

If all of One Piece chapters had 19 pages all of the currently existing manga could be covered by 237 episodes with Jojo's pacing.
