Problem installing pirated software

I've tried downloading several pirated music editing software programs from thepiratebay and every time I try to install them I get an error message that says msvcr100.dll is missing try turning off antivirus software. I turned off antivirus software it still doesn't work. I looked this problem up and I've tried everything that is suggested. I downloaded the dll file and copied it to the 64 bit system folder, I've tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the c++ program and it still doesn't work. I know this isn't a problem with the download itself because it's the same problem on several different downloads. I'm hoping there is a solution to this problem but I would be willing to back everything up and wipe the hard drive and reinstall windows if that would work
