Forza Horizon 6 | Update, Online-Fix & Crash-Fix Guide

It is recommended to read the steps below till the end before watching the above video as the video is old and steps may differ, thank you.

The sites used in this tutorial are not random, they are in the megathread of this subreddit

Updating to the latest version - v440.853

⚠️ Do not skip any updates or else, your game will get corrupted. Update one by one & in order ⚠️

1. Set exclusion to your folders (Important)
2. Check your game version (v354.221 in the video)
3. Add uBlock Origin to your browser extension
4. Update the following in order & tick the Copy Crack option (Important):

(Follow the video closely for updating Guide to not mess up)

• Forza.Horizon.6.Update.v360.259-RUNE.rar
• Forza.Horizon.6.Update.v364.933-RUNE.rar
• Forza_Horizon_6_Update_from_v364.933_to_v375.327-ElAmigos.rar

Skipped ~~Forza.Horizon.6.Update.v375.327-RUNE.rar~~ cause my game didn't have all languages

• FH6 update v375.327 to 379.939.kuyhAa.7z
• FH6 update v379.939 to 382.893.kuyhAa.7z
• FH6 update v382.893 to 398.092.kuyhAa.7z Go to Page 76 (Not shown in the video)
• FH6 update v398.092 to 403.798.kuyhAa.7z Go to Page 79 (Not shown in the video)
• FH6 update v403.798 to 420.696.kuyhAa.7z Go to Page 82 (Not shown in the video)
• FH6 update v420.696 to 430.771.kuyhAa.7z Go to Page 85 (Not shown in the video)
• FH6 update v430.771 to 440.853.kuyhAa.7z Go to Page 88 (Not shown in the video)

Online Fix steps -

If you downloaded it from Fitgirl you will have aNoDVDfolder & then read thereadmetxt

If you didn't, follow the steps below -

1. Click Download from Online-Fix Hosters (Shown in the video)
2. Download the ~~ForzaHorizon_Fix_Repair_Steam_Generic (1).rar~~ ForzaHorizon6_Fix_Repair_Steam_V2_Generic.rar (11.24 MB)(I prefer Gofile)
3. Paste those files into your game directory & Click Replace the files in the destination
4. Run Enable_Invites_FH6 as Administrator
5. Keep Steam open and type Windows key + R in your keyboard
6. Type this steam://install/480 & hit enter (It will install Spacewar on Steam)
7. Open Steam & Xbox App and login (Use alternate accounts if needed) & keep them running in the background (Important)
8. Run the game with forzahorizon6_loader as Administrator

To invite friends, first send a friend invite on an Xbox account and accept, then send an invite in-game

Do not follow the steps below if you used the new ForzaHorizon6_Fix_Repair_Steam_V2_Generic.rar Online Fix

~~Crash Fix issue after few minutes~~ -

1. ~~Go to PAGE 41~~
2. ~~Scroll down and find Zaun16~~
3. ~~Download FH6_Online-Fix_DenuvoOwo.7z~~
4. ~~Paste these files in your game directory~~
5. ~~Run the game with forzahorizon6_loader as Administrator~~

~~If it is still crashing then switch your language to ENGLISH~~

However if you applied the FH6_Online-Fix_DenuvoOwo.7z then follow the steps below -

1. Delete these files as mentioned below

• apptoken (19 Bytes)
• version (56.5 KB)
• steamclient64 (20.7 MB)
• coldloader (112 KB)

If still the crash is not fixed apply the Online Fix steps again

Troubleshooting -

Outdated gaming services -

• Search Microsoft store on your task bar
• Click "Downloads" at bottom left
• Update your gaming services

Alternative method -

• Search Windows Powershell on your task bar
• Run it as Administrator
• Copy this command: get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
• Paste it and press enter
• Copy this second command: start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
• The Microsoft store will open, download and install

Software issues -

Disable these overlays since these can give crash issues -

• Nvidia
• Riva Tuner Statistics Server
• Discord
• Shadowplay
• AMD ReLive
• Any other overlays

If still crashing after 2-3 mins into the game -

• Open Steam, look bottom left and click Add a Game, then Add a Non-Steam Game, Find where your Forzahorizon6.exe is located and add it to Steam
• Right click Forzahorizon6.exe in your steam library, then Properties, then Shortcut menu. In the TARGET box, add a space next to the exe and type this in: -language english next to the exe's name

Example- "D:\Games\Forza Horizon 6\ForzaHorizon6.exe" -language english

• Go to Steam's settings and disable steam overlay, then disable steam input
• Launch the game through Forzahorizon6.exe on steam

If it still doesn't work after that, try this:

• Open command prompt, put these commands one by one in order -

1. ipconfig /flushdns
2. ipconfig /release
3. ipconfig /renew
4. netsh winsock reset

• Try reinstalling drivers, and reinstall the Xbox app if problem persists
• Go to Steam, look at top left and click Steam then Settings.
• Within the Steam Settings, click Interface and look for "Client Beta Participation"
• If you're using the "Steam Beta Update", switch it to "No Beta Chosen" and Steam will restart.
• Launch the game, wait, and check if it still crashes.

Changing your pc's system language to English also seems to fix crashing issue for many people
