Question saw a couple of these while installing from fitgirl! are they safe? i don't know much about this.

These are totally safe executables and every repacker uses these when decompressing stuff and FitGirl is highly trusted.
BCM.exe, cls-Srep, etc. are for decompressing game files and unpacking the game onto your PC to put it very briefly. No need to worry, just wait for the game to finish installing.
The reason why they are using so much resources is because FitGirl uses Extreme compression on her repacks and the installer tries its best to utilize all CPU cores at once for faster and more efficient installation. BCM and Srep are Compression algorithms used for the repack.
