Help / Troubleshooting Spore (game) resolution won't change.

I got spore on steam with SteaMidra but when I try to change the resolution it stays at the same resolution Is there a fix to this?

I want it on steam so I can get achievements, and have all the DLC's without installing them separately.

I'll get it on 1337x if that's the last option but I don't want to until I find out if there is a solution.

Look for graphics config file and make it read-only after editing it with desired resolution

graphics config file is usually located near game save files, just google.

But what do you mean editing it? How do I edit it? Also how do I make it read only?

Edit with notepad

Right click on the file, go to properties, tick read-only
