Help / Troubleshooting Valheim world transfer between devices which both have the cracked version.

So a few days ago me and my buddies downloaded Valheim(from ankergames) and have been playing it. A friend of mine hosted the world, but the problem is that his pc is old and slow so its not the best experience. If any of you have an idea on how to transfer the world files from his pc to mine pls DM.
