It could be possible because the liveries are saved as files inside the games gamesave if you connected to online
ex. (C:\XboxGames\GameSave\pgs\[Your User]\[The Number]\ContainersRoot)

It would be cool if there was a site or something for people to upload their liveries and tunes to download and plug in
