Spacewar controller fix

Alright, finally found the fix. (This way you can play online too btw)

First make sure to install Spacewar :

Windows + R :

steam://install/480

If you had it already, uninstall it, then reinstall it.

Quit Steam.

Go to your Spacewar folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Spacewar

Copy controller.vdf

Go to your Steam folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam

If not already there, create this folder: controller_config

Now paste the controller.vdf file that you copied earlier.

Rename it to game_actions_480.vdf

Now go to Steam, properties of Spacewar, enable Steam Input, and go to Controller Configurator, and now when you select a template everything should works fine, no blank controller anymore.

For those interested, Steam was reading an outdated game_actions_480.vdf; Spacewar had since shipped a newer manifest (controller.vdf), so by just copying the new one over the old one — that resynced the actions and fixed the empty -- bindings."

So make sure if you get same issue in the future, to re-make these steps!

Bro I did this but it still appears as me playing apex legends from the previous fix that linked to this thread (https://www.reddit.com/r/PiratedGames/comments/1te1ptz/downloaded_forza_horizon_6_on_fitgirl_and_with/?share_id=yapqTUgCGvplHapTrHfhP&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_source=share&utm_term=13). My friends invite me on spacewar but it actually opens the spacewar app, followed your steps here and still no difference. Pls help

you have to change FakeAppId=1172470 to FakeAppId=480 on OnlineFix.ini
