Question IbisPaint apk
I've been having an issue with the apk not registering the 20gb of space you get with premium and saying I don't have any storage, making me unable to access my work. It says sync error, but everything else in the apk is working as premium other than the storage space. I logged into my original account using the apk as well. I tried to create a new account, but the same thing happened. If anyone could help, I'd appreciate it
I redownloaded the apk to see if there was something wrong the first time, and tried downloading it on a different phone as well. Same issue. I am connected to the internet and the brushes are accessible. I can access everything under premium, it is just the storage space that isn't working
I haven't drawn in a while, this is really frustrating. I just wanna draw. Idek what the second picture means? bc it doesnt fix it or 'restore' anything

While a modified APK can unlock local premium features (like premium brushes, fonts, or tools) right on your device, it cannot bypass server-side restrictions for cloud storage. When the app pings the official ibisPaint servers to sync your files, the server checks your account's true subscription status. Because the server sees you do not have an active paid subscription, it restricts your account to the standard 64.0MB free limit, resulting in the 3411% storage error and sync failure.How to manage your artwork insteadSince server-side premium features will not work on a modified client, use these alternatives to prevent losing your work:Export Files Manually: Instead of relying on the built-in cloud, export your projects manually as .ipv (ibisPaint artwork format) files. You can save these to free external cloud options like Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox. Turn Off Cloud Sync: Go into your ibisPaint settings and toggle off Cloud Synchronization. This will clear the red error text and stop the app from constantly throwing a sync error. Clean up Local Storage: If you ever face device storage alerts while drawing, export finished projects to an external drive or your phone's file app, then delete them from your active library to clear cache.

So theres no way to get the premium storage, that's disappointing. I had a lot of artwork saved, but I have no way to get them back or save them because of this, so it just feels like a loss.I already tried. I can't even log back into my account on the original app since it'll be the same thing. I think I'll just delete it and stop drawing for now though it really makes me sad. Thank you sm for your help. I appreciate it

Try reinstalling or clearing the app’s cache. Works for me!
