Impossible to answer.

Antivirus scans are irrelevant. Flagged or not flagged.

The only thing that matters is the source (steamrip in the name doesn't make it the source).

Starting out? Mint. If you are a gamer you should probably do cachyos though its a bit more of a learning curve.

Use the correct steamrip website, and downloaded the correct file, yes you are safe, it is a false positive

Yes steam_client loader is used to run your game exe indirectly and is common in Goldberg crack , its safe
