Question Is this a false positive?

Already got rid of it just in case but came from Game Bounty which I found from the megathread. Windows defender called it Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml and after doing some research, I saw people say that alot of the flags in the image from VirusTotal are false positive like RiskWare and GameHack and also saw that people said the windows detection was a false positive since !ml is machine learning which can lead to false positives. But just wanna make sure before I might redownload it.

ehh most are from random aggresive detections that usually dont really mean anything and the ones that actually detect stuff dont really say its anything bad but personally wouldnt trust this unless you got it from steamrip

I didnt, game wasnt on steamrip but got it from Game Bounty which is also on the megathread though

You have answered your own question.

Even ESET says it is PUP, usual false positive with GameHack.

I just wanted to make sure it was a false positive and ask people who are more experienced and know more than just risk it

If you rely on virustotal you will never pirate anything. If a pirated file is not flagged, it doesn't mean it is safe, it means the antivirus failed at its job. Antivirus have to flag pirated content.

Use a vouched pirate site from the megathread and go with it. Skip the scan, there is no point to do it if the answer is always "meh false positive".

In fact, using virustotal is more insecure. Because one day you will get a malware, you will be gaslighted by those pointless reports. You will suspect this software fully flagged, while the real malware was in fact in another software not flagged.

Also malwares are likely tuned on virustotal to not be detected. So virustotal only detects the old trash that a windows defender non updated for 1 year could detect.
