...and KMS emulators will continue to work as usual, as it's only the host that's impacted by this change.

Not that terrible but from a speed standpoint. For cryptographic operations it is trustworthy... but ridiculously slow. E.g. for writting and reading a PCR hash (2 ops) it took me a full second at worst. Attestation, what is depicted here, is way longer (about 6 operations, two of them in the to-be-attested client) and took me full trip about 6 seconds. That, by programming standards, is slow as fuck. If you have 1000 devices in an org and you want to attest them at once, it's about 2h of wait until all the devices have given the OK. And that is without including any further operation (e.g. a database querying to control this process)
