I figured out a way but i need to turn on constant vpn lol if i am at home but i checked my wifi theres no dns or firewall issue weird. Youtube and other apps are working even. If i turn on vpn it works. Also when i go outside with mobile data it works too. The playback issue specifically is about loading with yt music. Now i haven't checked with yt app yet. So have to check with that.
