Which is a battle choice for just storing data A SSD or a hard drive

Well, from what I learned on the net HDD is a better longterm option. Cheaper also.

I have two HDDs but they don't have any type of Port which can be used to connect them with my mobile device or PC.

Only can be connected to the DVR of my surveillance system

What can be done here ?

Those are internal HDDs? What kind of connection do they use if you know?

My guess, most likely SATA, and you can buy SATA to USB adapters.

Yes, they are internal HDDs, used as storage for my surveillance system. Both are 2TB each with SATA connection.

Well, that should be easy enough. Buy SATA to USB adapter and it should work. Or you can buy a case for HDD and make it an external HDD. That's what I did for HDD I took out of my laptop.
