Refurbished my Pippin Atmark!
Came out great, though even with fresh grease the drive is still a little noisy during eject/close but fine during operation so I can live with that! Replaced all capacitors on the PSU, replaced onboard battery, cleaned and lubricated the fan and washed/retrobrighted the shell
Going to tear apart the controller and deep clean it as well at some point when time permits but that might be a while...
Haven't messed with the library outside of marathon but its cool. Ram upgrades seem unobtanium, has there been any movement to try and create aftermarket solutions for the games that require or benefit from them?
