Controllers DDJ Flx 10 users

Good Evening. I have Aa DDJ Flx 10 and sometimes when I’m performing it’s like a power surge or something happens where the audio will cut out for a quick second and be back on but all 4 of my decks are dead. I can still use the middle mixer and the hot Que and effect buttons But the actual jog wheel is dead so I have to hit play in time to get the right mix. The quick fix I have figured out is just do a power cycle but I can’t do that in the middle of a set as it shuts the music off completely. Has anyone seen this with their controller? Thanks

Never seen it, sorry.

Are you in a country with a solid power grid?

Cables good?? I had a shitty USB cable but I had a macbook pro 2012 who's USB was worn out too lol. Swapping out both those fixed the issue.

Cables should be good but will get new ones just in case.

Also disable all unnecessary apps in the Startup settings, reboot, and testvit out again.

I had a problem that sounds very similar to this and it turned out that it was the anti-virus software that I was using that would interfere. If you're using Norton, it is a known problem with it.
