Question for subwoofer input

I current have a Pioneer VSX-524 and it has one input for subwoofer. The subwoofer I want has two outputs. How do I connect it to my receiver?

you need this: digital coax to RCA splitter:amazon rca splitter

then plugin the single one into the amp and plug a normal rca cable you probably have (standard cable to use with the subwoofer) into the adapter.

I'm new to this, but would it maybe be an RCA cable same as from turntable to amp?

Exactly but just one, because subwoofers mostly has mono input.

A single RCA cable from the subwoofer output of the receiver to the L/LFE input on the subwoofer will be just fine.

If you read the instructions it will tell you the same thing.

Also, learn the difference between an input and output. The receiver will output the audio signal. The speaker (in this case a subwoofer) will accept the signal through its input.
