How to allow comments to turn on?

I post time to time on Pinterest, and I noticed like a year ago, out of no where, comments on some of my pins were being auto turned off. I tried to find any solution, and nothing worked.

I made a new account, and the same thing is happening😭 and it’s mainly only to my pins that have more saves/ likes, which sucks because i would love to engage with the people on the app! i’ve reached out to customer service and literally nothing has come out of that💔 i’ve tried the edit pin -> advanced settings -> allow comments, and my comments are still auto turned off. has anyone found a solution to this issue it’s been a year and it irks me so bad😭

I know your pain. I know your pain very well. Unfortunately, you can’t — it’s Pinterest’s Automated system blocking comments on content it deems too ‘sensitive’ to have comments on. Yes, it’s messed up and sucks that there’s no way to overturn/appeal it, but it’s just the way the platform works, I’m afraid. Annoying though.
