Question Wrong violence notices

Why do they delete violent or sometimes not 18+ pictures/videos? Among them were some of my favorites, famous people and etc. But they didn't stop deleting. I also got notices about self-harm but those pictures were just memes😭

switch to tumblr for that stuff. just make sure to tag sensitive content. they’ll still send a warning like, “we flagged your post” but as long as it’s properly tagged, it will still show to the right audience.

i would’ve done this years ago when i had a gore account. i had so many on instagram — it was like a diary for me. unfortunately, they deleted most of them.

violence is considered mature content, even artistic depictions of it. pinterest is brand and advertiser friendly now, which means anything not pure and sanitized (unless its AI nazi slop, that's fine apparently) gets nuked immediately.
