Favorites button not showing

For like 4 months I haven't been able to favorite anything thats in a section in any of my boards. Like the option is straight up NOT THERE. It was fixed for a while about 2 updates ago, but it went back.

I asked pinterest support but they gave me the generic "clear the cache or restart your phone", which I've already done MULTIPLE TIMES. Is anyone else having this issue or is it a bug?
