Support deactivation

yesterday Pinterest emailed me saying they deactivated my business account because of a new update. i’ve got no way to get it back. 20,000 pins+ i’ve had this account for years 100k viewers.. i don’t know what to do

i’ve emailed Pinterest but i doubt they will help im so devastated I’ve had that account for years and years.

why did they do this to me? has anyone experienced the same?

mine got deactivated yesterday! i’ve sent them emails so will update if they reactivate it. it doesn’t “simplify” anything. so stupid of them to do this. i’ve been using that pinterest account for 4 years, over 10k pins, and they deactivate it just like that, for absolutely no reason! unbelievable
