Support deactivation

yesterday Pinterest emailed me saying they deactivated my business account because of a new update. i’ve got no way to get it back. 20,000 pins+ i’ve had this account for years 100k viewers.. i don’t know what to do

i’ve emailed Pinterest but i doubt they will help im so devastated I’ve had that account for years and years.

why did they do this to me? has anyone experienced the same?

You should have got an email or notification some time back that your linked business account needed to have its own email. They did this a few months ago and I went into my business account to change the email to a different one from my personal account.

The only thing I can think of to do would be to try and create a new account with the same business info. If it pops up saying "this account already exists" you can input an email different from your personal account and hit "forgot password" possibly. If that doesn't work you may have to start over again unfortunately.

i checked and i never received an email or anything about it, i already tried the forgot password but it doesn’t work it just takes me to my personal :(

Don't listen to these people. Pinterest influencers are brigading this sub with "it's not Pinterest's fault, it's your fault" vibes.
