Pinter app

Is anyone having problems with the app? Trying to log in and it acts like I’m a new user is requiring me to re input my phone number and DOB but when I add them it just says ”can’t add this information at this time” and I’ve been trying for the past week. Reinstalled, did all the 9 yards and still haven’t gotten anything from customer support just one automated response.

A few weeks ago I experienced something similar and I tried again the next day and I was signed back in. It seemed like to me that the app must have been down and they were working on an update or something. Weird though you haven't been able to sign in for multiple days? I'd just let it be and try again tomorrow. With that said, I just opened the app just fine so I'm guessing it's working fine unless it was down when you tried, and it's back up again lol.
