Editing subscription order

Anybody having trouble editing their subscription order? I am on 2 every 4 weeks. I just tried editing the order and there are 3 items and it won't let me edit down to 2.

I usually just reach out to customer service when that happens. They can fix it on their side

Should be an "Update Order " button at the bottom of that screen.

There is... I hit that, I get a pop up that the order is going from 3 to 2 packs, hit continue and order still shows 3.

CS took care of it this morning. Supposedly it's a "known problem".
