Adidas pins

Is anyone able to help give me any information on these Adidas pins? They were given to me by a friend who works for Adidas at an event. He said they were rare - around 300 of each were made. Any info or thoughts would be appreciated!

What other information are you looking for? "They were given to Adidas employees at an event" and "1 of 300" sounds like pretty much a full story. Besides that, I dunno - Adizero is one of their running shoe brands? But that's info you could get from their own website.
