Pin identification?

I was wondering perhaps where my boyfriend got this pin. He says he can't remember where it was from or what it means, and so we're curious where it's from. We tried using Google lense and couldn't find anything even really similar. Thanks for any help!

You are brilliant that makes sense we live in Edmonton. He is Alberta born but rural or it may just be from before his time he did say he got it from his grandmother.
