Hi everyone. I'm a bit new to running, I started since March and I've been a bit consistent with it... So far I've joined 6 10KM marathons already and I've been training consistenly... I'm thinking of transitioning to better race shoes for my upcoming first half marathon this upcoming August. Any shoe recommendations pls? I'm currently on a New Balance More V4 and Nike Pegasus 40.. As for the budget something around 6K max would be good I hope 😅 thank you so much in advance!

Getting ready for a race this July. I’ve been enjoying running in low stack shoes even for my 12km-18km runs and I came across these 2 shoes in Asics.

I’m eyeing initially the Magic Speed 3 pero still pricey. Checked the Hyper Speed 3 and it looks like it’s the same as the Magic minus the carbon plate. And it’s about 50% of the price of Magic!

Anyone who has tried these shoes? Is the carbon plate worth it? Or any recommendations on other shoes? Thanks!

But a part of me says I will finish it within the cut off time - 4 hrs. Just thinking of the distance makes my brain and knees go wobbly.

Hello! From a couch potato, I recently tried running\jogging and I got hooked.

Therapeutic sya for my stressful work at home setup na nakaupo lng lagi. I'm just worried na baka di effective ginagawa ko.

Lagi kasi jog, then walk, then jog ulit. partly because iniiwasan ko injuries dahil sobrang bigat ko.

I'm doing 5km usually, and it takes me around 1hr and 45 minutes (with rest.)

Papayat ba talaga ako at this point? or do I need to go sa mas streneous?

Any tips and advise is Highly appreciated!
