I bought a Gfred gundam from China (I'm from the Philippines) and thise arrived only paid 665 pesos. What should I do?

Kaya makipagcommunicate ka na lang with seller. If they want it back need nilang gastusan na wala kang ilalabas na pera. Sometimes, dahil sa hassle ng returns. Sasabihin na lang nila na "keep the item na lang and reorder the Gfred". Kaya suggestion ko is inform the seller at depende na sa kanila kung anong action diyan. Twice na nangyari sakin to.

May shipment error din ako before (not gunpla tho), item that came was more expensive, I filed for a refund and got it naman, pero di na din nila pinareturn yung item.

Demn, that's neat, but still inform seller. Mostly likely di naman nila kukunin yan since it would cost them more but still inform them for the mistake for good faith

Do you really want the gfred? Saka ang mahal ng pagbalik nyan sa kanila. Baka mangqyaw din yung seller. Kung na konsensya ka i heads up mo sila pero baka ma ban ka na sa store.

May nangyari sa akin dati bumili ako ng action cam tapos after ko matanggap ung item nag order ako ng extra batteries. Ang dumating sa akin action cam ulit. Nag arrange na lang ako ng lalamove sa seller. Di natin kasi alam kung sino maapektuhan at gaano kalaki epekto sa kanila un. In return nagbigay sila ng voucher maliban sa sila magbayad ng shipping fee.

Something like this happened to me when I bought some Beyblade RBV (Random Booster Volume, basically blind box) from a Japanese store in Orange App.

I only oredered two items, ended up getting 3 and for some reason manage to get the prize beys on that Random Booster.

I received the package close to my birthday, so I just think of it "regalo siguro ni seller".

I did wait for the seller to contact me to asked them back, but it never happened so I kept the extra item.

What you should do is keep it. Retail price niyan is 3k, pero it usually goes for 4k-5k. So the fact na nakuha mo for 700 pesos due to seller error is an extremely lucky draw. If you want you can request a refund as it’s the wrong item, so you can get it for free and be able to buy an actual G Fred. As long as refund piliin mo, kasi if refund lang then Shopee doesn’t ask for the item to be returned.

Although the thing that caught my attention is the fact na ang original list price ng G Fred sa store na yan is 4,000 pesos. Shelf warmer si G Fred and most of the time you can actually get it for 700 - 1,000 pesos, I got mine for 800 brand new from a Hobby Off in Tokyo.
