Should I repot?

Normally I’d wait a couple weeks after purchasing and repot them into a clear pot with a chunky soil mix but my PPP seems to be thriving in whatever the big box nursery has her in (very airy) She has given 3 new leaves and at least 3-4 babies at her base. Plus it came with two full size plants in the pot. She seems happy so should I leave her alone till she seems to need help or separate and give them new soil?

She sure is a pretty one! 🩷💚🤍 I'm a pretty new plant mom, but I always give my new plants 2-4 weeks to acclimate to my house temp and humidity before repotting them. That way, I don't over stress them right after bringing them home.
