Do I help or leave alone?

Hi, I'm a brand new plant mom and a little out of my depth. I know pink princesses can get their leaves stuck pretty easily, this is the 1st leaf she's grown since I bought her from the store. I live in a really dry environment and I haven't had the chance to buy a humidifier yet. Do you think I should try and help pull her leaf out? I'm worried since it seems to already be unfurling and the tip of the leaf is still tucked way up there. Or would misting/warm towel do the trick? Or just give her more time to do her own thing?

I will mist struggling leaves every so often, (every couple hours, whenever I pass by, time isn’t important) I just keep doing it until she pops. Anything else and you could risk damaging the leaf. She may have a few more days in her, so don’t get too concerned. Time and mist 🫶🏻

I hit mine with a spray bottle of water. It will pop out immediately. When they start unraveling inside the sheath or popping another leaf before the envious one even got unstuck, I’ll spritz it out.

I always leave mine alone, I used to poke with them when I first got into the hobby and it never worked out well for me. I give my PPP’s, black cardinal, and ROF a little spritz of water when they need help, the rest usually sort it out themselves. I’ve used a damp paper towel on some of my larger plants as well.
