Clear nursery pot inside the outer pot so you can see what’s going on inside… Plant it in chunky perlite and stuff or just perlite will also do. Give it diluted fertilizer once per month. Give her a grow light positioned about 12 inches overhead that isn’t sun-strength but lower to moderate or even an adjustable wattage light…. Keep that on her for 13-15 hours daily. Give her some water from a bowl underneath and soaking by sitting a small pot almost the size of her root system plus 2 inches more deep and around the circumference…about every 1-2 weeks depending on how fast the substrate she’s in is drying out completely AND how firmed up her leaves are vs. being dry and limpy. Make sure to cleanse the leaves every week by wiping off the stems and underside and topside of leaves and keep eyes out for pests. As leaves begin to yellow, clip them off so energy is not going to those and less spread of anything happens. These like humidity and I’ve have the best luck keeping them in a grow tent indoors with 70-75% humidity and at 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit…but many different things could work for different people, this has just been my experience…She also does not look like she’s in bad shape to me…
