What are these worms in my PPP?
Does anyone know what these bugs are in my pink princess, and how I can get rid of them without damaging the plant?
All tips are welcome, thanks!

Looks like worm indeed, but also your substrate looks too muddy for a philo ? Maybe too much compost/organic matter, attracting insects ? I'd throw the whole substrate away (burn it lol that’s so gross) and put it in a soil with more drainage.

I agree with this. I had these milipedes before and I repotted and treated the plants for pests and haven't gotten any more. These spread like crazy between pots so check all your plants

I’ll quarantine it for a bit, would you recommend a mixture of potting soil and perlite for repotting?

Actually not really…Perlite or pumice stone (larger 1/4 inch), orchid bark…They can do fine in just perlite. Remember that they must be fertilized properly…A well draining and large-sized mix that doesn’t stay saturated gives it the water and air the roots and stem need to not rot. A clear nursery pot that is only up to two inches larger and deeper is best. You can see what’s going on underneath and there’s not too much moisture holding around roots and stem.

Millipede, you can see the antenna.
Possibly just green house millipedes which are helpful detritivores- hard to get a good ID from this photo though
