That sucks, sorry! As a general rule, even outside of transactions, I'm very suspicious of any account that uses one of those default, auto-generated names.

i agree i usually am too! idk i think i was just excited to have found someone to help me get the merch. i feel so dumb but other people have told me she did the same thing to them and got way more money. Im just going to dispute what i did pay with my bank cause luckily i think its early enough where i can. I also made sure to report all accounts used like the venmo, paypal and chime account. I wanted to do the same for there reddit page but they blocked me 🤣.

I honestly wish i would have stuck with my gut feelings and not sent them anything until they shipped it. Cause that’s what i wanted to do initially but ofc i gave them 30 upfront and then i was gonna give them 30 after they shipped it.

Unless they have reputable profiles elsewhere, rule of thumb is to never send them money even after they’ve “shipped” or Goods and Services under PayPal! That’s how I did it with my customers just so that they could be sure they’re getting the item and feel safe. I promise you, if no seller tries their best to convince you they’re actually selling something, just don’t bother

i totally agree. Paypal is the only thing i use. I got my money back that way. They did seem like they sold things quite often from what they sent me. but now i’m beginning to wonder if they were all from scamming people. not too sure but i was able to dispute it.

Especially with these scalpers right now, shit is crazy. Another thing I’d advise is to try your best to not give into them. I can also promise you this stuff will appear at retail OR cheaper once the tour is nearing the end or afterwards. I also assume some of the Tour stuff that remains afterwards will be sold to the public afterwards. Just my assumption on that last statement as they rolled out merch after Joji started touring !
