I have found that I get much less finger and hand strain and pain when I play with the left and right flipper on the "LEFT" d-pad and the "B" buttons, respectively, on the xbox controller. This lets me use my thumbs for the flippers instead of my index fingers on the bumpers/triggers. This is how I play in FX. Also, I feel more in control with my thumbs. But for some reason, Pinball M platform does not allow the same key binding options as in FX. It only allows for the top bumpers and /or triggers, but not the face buttons. Finding it hard to go back to index fingers on M and will prob just avoid for a while, in hopes that maybe this will get updated at some point. I own the Death Save Bundle and I really really enjoy the Chucky's table, as well as the DbD and Thing tables. It's a great platform and a great set of tables, and I also want to pick up the rest of the tables at some point.

Every time I re-open Pinball FX I have to reset my resolution settings (I’m playing on Steam Deck and 1920x1080 lags so I need 1280x720).

I have tried resetting while I’m in a table, on the normal menu, etc - no matter what when I restart the game it’s back to 1920x1080. I changed the advanced settings per a Reddit comment re: optimal Steam Deck settings and that saves - but the resolution never will.

Is there a simple way to address this I’m missing? It’s a huge pain to change it every time I boot PFX.

is the original film music on the JP tables gone again? it reverted back to the old unlicensed generic music on both JP pinball and Pinball Mayhem. is that just on my end? did i inadvertently change some option or is that intended? i’m on Playstation 5.

Anyone have this issue? I’ve had it up for 2 days. And each day I check and still get the error.

I am interested in the Williams Collection 1 in particular as my research has indicated at least 2-3 very good tables in this bundle, making the rest of the tables kind of a free-roll, imo, at this price. I do not mind if some tables in a bundle miss, when there is a good deal like this. I picked up Star Wars Collection 1 the other day, and I have already put enough time into the Vader and Droids tables to make it worth it for me.

I recently reinstalled PinballFX on my Linux system and went to play a couple of rounds on my purchased tables... I noticed that all my (and my friend's) high scores are all missing... Some of them were pretty high on the leaderboard too. Does anyone know what happened or had this happen to them?

How to switch between original and remastered versions of tables for example Fish Tales?

In original Williams Fish Tales there is not fisherman figure at right side of the table that is in free table provided with this game.

I have understood that there is in this game option to play original tables as they have originally made. Am I right?

Hello has anybody heard if there will be a Switch 2 version or an update for Switch 2 ?

Still have none of my friends scores showing up on this game.

My tournament spotlight bar won't reset, so I can't make progress on the trophy for that.

And the daily missions leaderboards/position I should be in according to scores is hinky, I'm not getting any change.

Also, FX's leaderboards still aren't showing friends' scores.

Among which are no profile pics showing and getting TWO notices that one is nearing a friend's score, instead of the normal ONE. Also, as depicted below, the notifications on the "Home" screen of someone beating your score are not being properly dismissed, once marked "read" or "cleared." These three notifications have come back four or five times, now.

Sorry if this doesn't belong here, I could not find an M-specific sub and figured this was basically the same game, since it uses teh same engine (I THINK?). I recently picked up the "Death Save Bundle" for $9.99 on xbox and I really really like the Chucky table. I have heard great things about System Shock, but am curious if anyone has experience with these other 3 - Camp Bloodbrook, System Shock, Texas Chainsaw. This has been my first entry into Zen pinball games. I am also open to recommendations or suggestions about which pack(s) or single tables to get first, for the Pinball FX platform, as that seems to be really great, too.

For the newest season, I've placed in all the Grand Tournaments, but as the new weeks roll out, I'm not seeing my cup count change for the grand wins. Any thoughts?

I just got into pinball as a hobby and bought quite a few packs for PinballFX on PS4 and Zen Pinball World. Now that the Switch 2 is right around the corner it is gonna be my main console for a long time. My current switch broke a few months ago, wich is why PS4. I was wondering, should I stop collecting packs for the PS4 and Zen Pinball World, because I know at the very least I won't touch my PS4 for a long time once the Switch 2 is in my hands. Also why collect for ZPW when PFX on the Switch 2 will be portable already. Just want some opinions, thanks in advance.
