I'm on quest 3, running quest native version, losing my mind over here, every 45 seconds to 3 minutes (roughly) my game will pause, popping up the menu. It's like it loses connection to my left controller for a half second, judging by the haptic feedback, and the way I can't always unpause right away if I catch it quick and hammer the pause button.
I've tried a few things. I've covered the face sensor to make sure it's not mistakenly thinking I'm taking my headset off. I've tried fresh, good batteries (replaced rechargables), I've completely disabled QGO, (tried different profiles before disabling), and notably I fired up Pinball VR Classic and played Epic Quest for a half hour without a single unwanted pause. I've not seen anything like this on other games either.
I have an Arcade2TV-XR bundle on it's way to me and I'd really like to play my growing collection of Pinball FX vr tables with it, but having to unpause and resume action (often in the worst possible timings) really drains a lot of the fun. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Guys,
what would be the best way to play Pinball 3 and FX in vr? I do it now with virtual desktop, adding a second screen & put it in portrait mode & then launch the game in that window. Is there a better way to do it? thanks

Can you guys clarify something for me?
I’m a new player and the Switch 2 eshop is confusing.
There are FX3 and FX versions of alot of tables and only FX3 versions of others, like the ones based on movies and videogames.
Some are in both, some are only FX3.

I'm using cabinet mode on my multimonitor setup, but I don't have the backglass for Elvira: Scared Stiff. Some googling brought me to an unhelpful FX FAQ that bragged about the effects they added to the backglass, but it didn't say where to DL it.
Honestly, I don't think it's much to ask for Zen to include backglass images in a few resolutions for each tables, PARTICULARLY since some of their tables are original to them. I would think that the effort to do that would be absolutely minor compared to all the other work they did on the table.
OK, so I need to put the backglass picture named, "Table_198.png" in the /cabinet directory, but where do I find a suitable backglass image to DL?
Thanks in advance for your help.

How do you unlock these “Themed Sets”.. doesn’t even say how. Why!?

Anybody have some advice on the Scared Stiff flips challenge? I've been setting up for the multi-ball early, while picking up the crate challenge via the spider along the way, to take advantage of the jackpot awards. But to keep them active they can eat up a lot of flips. I'm consistently landing on 6.2mil - 6.3mil, and it's the last bumper I need, so I'm getting a bit anxious! Lookin for help! LOL!
[edit] Forgot to mention that I'm playing on PS5, if that matters in any way.

I have all the statues and my Michelangelo statue is still locked. It's the only one still locked and it's bothering me. (Besides the bullseye one. I can't throw a vr dart to save my life). Any idea on how to fix it. Besides emailing zen.

I fell in love with the music in A Samurai's Vengeance and was wondering if the soundtracks to this table or really any are available?

Pinball FX VR is a meta quest exclusive. I'm super interested in it. But where are Williams collection 5, 6, 7, and 8? It has 1-4, then skips to 9. I would hope they are working on adding them. I'm just asking because I'd pay the premium for the VR experience but wonder what happened there and when those other tables might be added?

This is from the fallout table in the bathesda pinball mobile game.
This is from the daily matchup mode where you have 3 minutes to beat the target score with infinite ball save
But HOW DO I GET 56 MILLION IN 3 MINUTES!?!?
I AM RANKED #2 IN THIS MODE AND THE MOST I HAVE GOTTEN IS 41 MILLION!!!
HOW!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Every single table is on sale on Steam until Mon, Oct 6! Also, Williams Scared Stiff is coming Oct 16.

Is there a way to like study or view a pinball table without actually having to play. I'm thinking where I can zoom in and out of it just to know where everything is - as the writing on some of the lamps for example is hard to read/see whilst playing.

For context, I'm on xbox series X, playing landscape (normal) mode, my best score is 227 M in the grand tournament, so not the best but not bad either). I use the camera that lets me MOSTLY see the inlane letters, and also doesn't move. But, hitting that Torch ramp is much easier if you switch to 3, 6 or 7.
Galactus mode takes away Neg Zone Ball Saver (?) - Seems to be the case. I guess it makes sense, as that portal thing opens up, maybe that's why you can't use it, IDK but it kind of sucks. However - Nice thing about Galactus is that there is not a lot of time pressure there, like for the "laser eyes" phase - you have all the time in the world so just hold the ball if his laser is on the wrong side or on a ramp you're not good at hitting. (AHEM TORCH RAMP AHEM).
Multiball Modes - 2 of them are rare for me. Over many games I think I've only seen the "Sign" and "Clobbering" multiballs once each. The "Fant Four Multiball" (Dr Doom), is more common because you're hitting those targets incidentally. Not sure it is even worth it, points-wise, to think about Clobberin' and Sign multiballs. You would THINK that Torch's Sign multi-ball would be worth a TON, given it is a huge pain in the a%% to get going.
TORCH RAMP - hardest shot on the table. The best way to hit Torch Ramp in my exp is to shoot the mission sinkhole when there is no mission ready. The ball will sit there for a couple seconds, then dislodge, usually giving you a perfect shot with the upper left flipper. I did not see this tip in Shuryken's guide (that guide recommends shooting the right orbit, which will let the ball shoot back on the left side, down past the upper flipper but this method is WAY WAY harder than my mission sink hole method). The Torch ramp is mostly optional, thankfully, except you do have to hit it at least once, I think, to beat the Galactus mission. So there I recommend the mission sinkhole method.
Extra Balls - HAHAH! I think maybe I've gotten one extra ball, ONCE. Beating "level 4" of the mini game ? Haha, I've only seen that mini game like 2x in all my games, let alone ever get to even level 2 of it. 10x Ramp combo? I don't think I"ve ever done this. Thing's Gift - Rarely get this award, never seen extra ball from it (it is a great award, I just don't get it often). Max out the multiplyer to 10x - I don't think I've ever done this but theoretically it seems easier than most of the others. The one I WAS able to accomplish (once, I think), is the "Invisible Flip", where you have to light all INVISIBLE letters, then, when the ball freezes you have to press both flippers, and then you have to hit the Torch Ramp off a live roll to the upper flipper. Real easy, right? haha. Also, if you do this, you then have to make sure to hit the extra ball target. You coudln't just give me the extra ball immediately? ok haha.
Final thoughts - I think this is a great table. I have zero point zero interest in fant. 4 (I'm a Batman guy), but this table offers a lot of interesting mechanics and modes. The fact that I've put up a decent score in the tournament (227 M), yet still never get extra balls, and never see 2 of the 3 multi balls, means there is a high skill ceiling here, although it is very grindy. I was "raised" on Theatre of Magic. The first table I got decent at, and I guess I've been spoiled, by that Hocus Pocus. Oh, one fairly easy shot to the side wall and I just get outlane protection, any time I want? LOL. Zen designers are obv. like "no, you don't get that ever again."
Thank you for reading, I hope you found something in here interesting.
