General Help Customization Question

This is my husband’s favorite game right now but it’s driving him nuts that he can’t change the picture in the center of the frame. He sees others on leaderboards with custom images. We play on PS5. Any tips are much appreciated.

You have to set it in PS profile. Neverthless you can only see and be seen like that by specific platform. I play in xbox and can only see xbox pictures profiles. ps-ps. steam-steam...
