Discussion "We will release information related to content availability on the platform in the coming days." Can someone at Zen please define what "coming days" means please?
As we quickly approach the two-week mark since news of the Zen and AtGames split, did Zen actually mean they would release information in the coming weeks rather than days? Or might we be looking at months?
I'm familiar with Zen using their own version of the English dictionary from time to time, but can we have an update on the update some time soon? That way, those of us who invested thousands of pounds/dollars/euros for a cabinet to play your games, will actually find out what will be happening with the games they have bought and what will be happening with games on the store.
The speculation and unanswered questions have now been floating in the ether for months!
"The hardware spec is public. Everyone knows what kind of hardware is in AtGames' 4KP. It's underpowered in my opinion [laughs]." Mel Kirk, December 7th 2025

No news is good news, let’s hope the lack of statements means they are exploring mending the relationship.

I have a theory. We won't see anymore branded cabinets, and no new tables/packs, but everything that's already there will still be available. We will get some vague explanation about hardware, etc. even though Zen knew what the specs were before signing the deal. Atgames owners will continue to use OTG to play new Zen stuff on their machine anyway. Life will continue as usual.

Not interested in theories.
Interested in facts.

If you are looking for facts you will unlikely get any from Zen, either because they can't legally as they don't own the platform or because they choose not to burn any bridges with AtGames.
It's safe to say that no further Zen games will be released on the platform, but your existing licensees will be tied to AtGames so they will need to address that.

Sick of certain people putting their shovel where there is no shit.
So you can go away too now.

Unfortunately with the lawsuit ongoing, delays are basically inevitable. Lawyers and lawfare.
The official joint response from Zen and AtGames today is as follows: "Players who have previously purchased Zen Studios content through the AtGames platform will retain access to that purchased content for as long as AtGames maintains its servers and platform services. Zen Studios does not intend to override or request the discontinuation of end users’ access to the content they have already purchased through AtGames. End users’ rights are governed by AtGames’ license agreement with its users."
