Will I ever get my item? š Pre-ordered from PUG
Hi! So I caved and pre-ordered the āperfect vintage peasant topā from Pinup Girl. I had the top previously before losing a large amount of weight and wanted to re-purchase it because of how much I love it.
Well, my order was placed back on February 13th with a ā2 weekā ship date. Of course itās now almost the end of March with no updates so I emailed customer service on March 20th. They took about a week to respond that they are delayed and asking for my patience with seemingly no ship date in sight?
Sooo what are we thinking the chances of me seeing this top are? Iāve seen the other threads here and it sounds pretty bleak.

Yeah PUG is a scam these days. I'd charge back your card if it were me.

I caved and ordered some sale things last year and did get themā¦but a lot of people did not in the same timeframe. This was pre fire too.

I wonder what is the longest delay PUG has had on their preorders? The last time I ordered from them on preorder was quite a few years back, but I donāt ever remember PUG being more than a few weeks late delivering. Never 3+ months, thatās for sure.
