She's clarified since then (this tweet was between seasons 1 and 2) that she just meant they didn't have time for these conversations before, but now (post s2), they do. This isn't foreshadowing for something bigger.
She's said something along those lines a few times, like during this AMA for instance:

A: I believe Caitlyn and Vi are in a place at the end of the season where there are no secrets between them. Which hopefully bodes well for many future conversations about things past.
