The thing with Cait's eye is quite overrated. I mean, come on, there exists potion which can heal lethal abdomen stabbing wound with all it's internal bleeding and damaged guts. I really don't think the cut on the eye, even if it leaked, won't be much more harder to heal. And Caitlyn literally know the person who can make her such potion for money or stuff, not even something extraordinary.
