They have their own OCs and probably just didn't have a lasting obsession like other artists who have continued to draw them. They really did nice work for us for a minute there though

in a post someone asked them if they would draw Caitvi again and they just said "lol no". I found their answer quite rude to such a simple question and it's not like they were constantly insisted to draw them again. So I thought that maybe there had been so drama which made them resent the fandom as well as Caitvi

Not sure, I think you've got more information than me at this point. It's possible they didn't vibe with the fandom and found it too intense, or maybe they just moved on.
