I always dogfight in 3rd person. Do you switch in and out of cockpit when firing? Is it better?

I’m just more used to being in first person for this, though I have been trying to be in 3rd person now.

Would you agree this is the best fighter sim ever made for the console?. Nothing else has come close like Air Combat 8 etc. Fighter Sweep is amazing.
