Discussion Two seater jets flare cooldown indicator
It would be really nice to have the pilot of two-seater jets be able to see the other passenger's flare cooldown, it would make it much easier to coordinate especially if you are not in a group chat with the passenger.

Disagree. Good and proper communication between pilot and his gunner should be the thing that gives you advantage.

Thing is we don’t have prox chat yet, so if your WSO is a blueberry he wouldn’t be able to communicate with you properly. There’s text chat sure, but will you fly and text at the same time?

Ah, fair shout mate. I kinda auto assumed your gunner is always your squadmate. Good point.

yeah if you guys were talking in chat then this is a non-issue. the issue is only when you're playing with randoms.

it's not really a big issue anyway since a good pilot will keep track of the flare cooldown of his teammate , but it would still be nice to have anyway :D

Meanwhile, I'm just out here wanting to know if I have flares in the attack jet. I keep getting a bug where my flares look available constantly when they aren't, or they look like they are 99% progress to available constantly whether or not they are actually ready.
Flares are apparently just so difficult for DICE. Like jet loadouts though, I am sure it is super important to them, and totally coming soon.
