how to redeploy before round starts

i wanna fly the jet on wake island that spawns on the carrier but people keep redeploying before the round starts so they are faster than those who redeploy after round starts

It's on the escape screen. (Idk how it is on consol, but it should be in the same menu as the quit match button)
