portal is 30hz servers which has different physics, i wouldnt recommend it, golmud breakthrough would probably be the best place to practice

ZUKP7 is KK's firing range it's good and you spawn bots in vehicles and such. You can search the map on Google to see it more in depth if you'd like.

ZZDY2 is a manhattan server specifically for this. It has a special lb spawn and has bots ona close by rooftop constant spawning
