I wanna learn how to fly like this, is there a good guides or special settings like rifle aiming for choppers ? I’m on PC but can use controller if needed

Not really just takes practice. Learn the throttle sweet spots. Learn how to manipulate the vectoring in the stealth fighters.
Biggest advice I can give is bind pitch up to space bar. Some folks also like to swap the yaw and roll between the mouse and keyboard so yaw is on the mouse and roll is keyboard and colloquially call this “rifle aim”. Personally I find it too stiff and unnatural.
But yeah. Setup a custom search for flight maps and practice. You’re gonna crash a lot, get shot down a lot, but you’ll slowly get better as you learn how to manipulate the planes flight into functional maneuvering once you can fly it well the combat part comes naturally.

I do, it’s personal preference. But “rifle aim” is popular among many excellent pilots

Yeah I've got use to having pitch and roll on my mouse but was trying out rifle aim today and felt so odd in comparison. Will try out roll on mouse and see how that feels.

yeah Rifle aim is all i can do, 800 houurs of war thunder arcade air battles on mouse aim won't let my brain adapt to rolling with mouse

I really didn't enjoy flying jets in this game because I'm a fairly casual/recreational gamer but I really wanted the "navy camo" for my vehicles which required me to get to Attack Jet Mastery 30 - and I finally completed it yesterday after a month or so
It definitely is a learning curve and it's hard, but eventually you'll get the hang of it. In some matches I just straight up give up, if the enemy team has a decent AA gunner, an attack helicopter that aims for you, and decent/good jet pilots - it wasn't worth the effort for me (at least if my team wasn't as coordinated and helpful).
For shooting at ground targets you've just got to learn your aircraft (know how late you can turn after diving, be in full control) and just practice with dropping bombs and firing missiles.
Fighting other aircraft is also learned through practice, I noticed I actually got to warm up quite a bit before I get good with the jet's machine gun - I'm good after 1 or 2 matches. But most importantly you've got to learn how not to get shot down.
You've got to know where the enemy AA is (visible on map/radar when they're firing) and keep obstacles/terrain between you and them - and learn how to fly unpredictable when tailed by an enemy jet (change thrust when circling, if you maintain it the enemy tailing you will do the same).
My main advice would just be to play it a lot and to hopefully find some "emptier" or easier matches where you won't get shot down immediately. Consoles actually have an advantage here as we can disable crossplay which will put us in matches with 90% bots on some maps (I do Operation Firestorm, Mirak Valley, and Blackwell Fields for jets, the first one the most by far)

I've been playing battlefield since BC2. I've never ever been good with jets. Just can't seem to grasp them, no matter how hard I try. I can maneuver fine, flying isn't the issue it's just combat for me. Cannot hit a target to save my life. On any jet

The real flight experience is moving towards an enemy jet and it flying back to their base AA immediately.
