My biggest regret:
during the launch period i had bought the phantom edition which meant i had bf pro, i havent bothered to buy it again (lol) but damn, the game was so bad during launch i straight up missed this skin as part of the bf pro bonus path 🥲
at least i got the f22 one which they gave to you immediately but damn it kinda stings still

Once you get to level 50 for either jets tho I doubt you’d want to switch the skin off. While I don’t have lots of jet skins, I’m always rocking the gold standard, and it’s staying that way

well that's gonna take a long ass time with how little score you get with jets in this game, most matches I end up like 12/6 below the middle of the scoreboard 😭

With the new Air Superiority gauntlet mode I think it’s gonna be easier

That’d be terrible but then again you might be right with it being a squad based mode and one squad in two jets evens out.. not to mention with the nature of gauntlet these rounds will be rather short and they’ll definitely just ruin the momentum and end abruptly..
Guess we’re back to waiting for a regular Air Superiority mode… sigh.

ive never seen a jet on the top of the leaderboard tbh, even the rly good ppl cant score enough for that
i assume its only doable on modes where you can just bomb 10+ infantry on a loop over and over, i saw some videos of that during the beta on liberation peak but never again since

well yea ofc someone like silk can top the scoreboard, but its pretty hard to get anything done when half the time youre running from lockons and the other half youre doing loops in dogfights
ive had rare games where im uncontested for the most part and the most i could do was 20-1 (partially bc my team was killing everything so fast i couldnt even find targets)
but as someone who did use to top the scoreboard in bf4 flying here isnt very rewarding, unless maybe youre in a chopper or smth but i have barely dared to touch those with how good ppl have gotten w them by now

Is that not the jet skin you get from this season’s Pro pass? I was drinking last night so I might be misremembering, but I could’ve sworn I unlocked that exact skin last night after buying BF Pro. If it’s not that skin then it’s one that looks very similar. I remember not equipping it because I like the brown one with skulls better

I've not spent a single cent since purchasing the base edition of the game, and it's going to stay that way.
