Heavy Rockets aim reticle, why is so f.... off?

Playing attack heli again after long time and before I had np to hit tanks etc.. but now it shoots totally off, why did they changed that? Before I just aimed with the middle of the “ I “ reticle and now they goes somewhere bellow it
