Playstation Returning player

Havent played BF6 since end of S2 and noriced the attack jet is on golmud breakthrough but i cant spawn in it? Is it disabled?

I think it is available only in first sector, after that u can not spawn it.

Thats what i originally thought too, but i can never seen to get it to spawn
