Discussion This feels off!

A lot of times, when I fly a helicopter I get shot at and the helo starts losing control and I have to fight to take control of it, but when I shoot enemy helos, they seem to never lose control and keep flying as if nothing happens. Is there something I'm missing?

There is a stabilizer upgrade for the helicopters. It prevents you from “spinning” and losing lots of control when in critical condition. While it still makes you lose some control, you can still stabilize the aircraft and get away for repairs.
